About
BLOOM exists to give artists a consistent platform to create, express, and earn a sustainable, fair wage through class-act live performances and creative experiences in the UNESCO Creative City of Paducah, KY. In addition, there is an established scholarship assistance program for students that was set in motion in 2017. A mentorship program is also being developed to further assist aspiring youth within our public school system.
